Hailing Wang
Piano & Flute Instructor
Ms. Hailing Wang started learning piano at the age of five. Since then, musical studies has become the thing that interests her the most. In 2012, Hailing entered Fujian Vocational College of Art in Fuzhou, China, where she studied with Prof. Zhu Yiping and Prof. Yang Yifu. During her study, she won the Fujian Vocational Skills Competition.

In 2018, Hailing entered San Jose State University to pursue a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance degree, and studied under Dr. Gwendolyn Mok. During her time at SJSU, Hailing won the 2019-20 School of Music and Dance Concerto Competition. Later on, she was accepted the Walker Scholar of San Jose State University. At the end of 2019, she performed Saint-Saëns The Carnival of the Animals with conductor Lara Webber and Livermore Amador Symphony.

After graduating from San Jose State University, Ms. Hailing pursued a Master of Music in Piano Performance degree at University of Southern California, where she studied with famous music educator Antoinette Perry. She graduated in Summer 2024, and performed two piano solo recitals during her time at USC.
As an experienced performer and teacher, Ms. Hailing has participated in numerous performances, concerts, and competitions. Besides playing piano, she also plays flute. Ms. Hailing welcomes students of all ages and levels interested in piano lessons.
